Transitioning to an anti-inflammatory real food diet can be incredibly overwhelming, confusing and often downright lonely. 

And the last thing we want is for diet or food changes to create yet another source of stress in our already busy, stressful modern lives.

That’s where Real Food Plan comes in.  

I believe improving our health using this type of functional approach comes down to two key ingredients:

  1. Clarity 
  2. Systems 

To succeed in these types of changes and step in to optimal health, we need both ingredients.  

We need to arm ourselves with powerful knowledge and understanding of how different systems are interconnected, how imbalances in certain foundational areas drive seemingly unrelated consequences, and the big picture of why this all matters.

Gaining that clarity is often enough to motivate us to make changes that previously seemed impossible or just too hard.

But then, we need to take it a step further and incorporate systems that actually allow us to implement this information in our real lives.  

Creating change in multiple areas and actually making those changes stick is not always easy, especially when life is already busy.  

I’ll teach you the systems and strategies need to make these types of lifestyle shifts eventually feel automatic, simple and totally natural.

The key is to take things one step at a time, and surround yourself with a community of people who are either already doing this and/or working towards the same common goal.
